Resourcez Entertainment is a venue in the western suburbs of Chicago in which members of the community will be able to host private gatherings for family and friends.

This venue started out as an idea in the mind of the owner, Precious McWright. Being the wife of a DJ who was consistently booked at various venues for various events, she realized Chicago’s southside had more places to offer than Chicago’s westside.

While there were banquet halls, they charged outrageous fees per person and do not offer the option to bring your own food. Aside from that, there aren’t many venues on Chicago’s westside that offer entertainment besides bars and clubs.

Resourcez Entertainment will be hosting special events such as concerts for major and indie artists, vendor expos, book signings, album releases, industry panels, workshops, and networking events.

We will also be registered with ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC to ensure that artists get credit for their performances.
